    • Sketchbooks, drawing pads, journals

    • Acrylic paints, watercolor sets

    • Brushes, palettes, mixing trays

    • Colored pencils, markers, oil pastels

    • Charcoal, graphite pencils, erasers

    • Glue sticks, scissors, tape

    • Canvas panels or small canvases

    • Collage materials: magazines, paper, stickers

    • Aprons or smocks

    Wellness Bag Items

    • Reusable water bottles

    • Travel-size hygiene products: toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, shampoo, sanitary pads/tampons, hand sanitizer, body wipes

    • First aid kits (basic)

    • Socks, beanies, gloves (seasonal)

    • Journals and pens

    • Tea bags or instant coffee packets

    • Calming items: stress balls, herbal sachets, essential oil rollers

    Food Donations (Individually Packaged Preferred)

    • Bottled water or juice boxes

    • Protein bars, granola bars

    • Fresh fruit (bananas, apples, oranges)

    • sandwiches, wraps, or hot dogs (or items to make them)

    • Snack bags: nuts, trail mix, crackers

    • Warm meals (for workshop day) – e.g., soups, rice bowls

    • Utensils, napkins, paper plates, compostable containers

    Additional Needs:

    • Gift cards (for food, art supplies, or clothing stores)

    • Folding tables and chairs

    • Tents/canopies for outdoor workshops
